Expertly hand crafted and well filled with hypoallergenic premium fillings, highly adaptable memory foam and 18 cm full height pocket sprung system encased in a luxurious Tencel cover with a quilted finish.

Amazing customer service was able to answer all my questions. I tried out numerous mattresses in various shops in the ordering from from MASA Sleep online. MASA Aura Refresh range is 25cm deep.

UK standard sizes, these are:

Single - 90cm wide 190cm long

Small Double - 120cm wide 190cm long

Double - 135cm wide and 190cm long

King - 150cm wide and 200cm long

MASA Sleep mattresses are suitable for all bed frames apart from adjustable beds.

Unfortunately the MASA Aura Refresh range mattress is unsuitable for bunk beds given depth of the mattresses being 25cm.

We can deliver to a room of your choice up to the first floor (1 flight of stairs). If the mattress is going to be delivered to the 2nd floor or higher please get in touch as the couriers do charge a small fee for this.

Unfortunately we do not currently provide this service due to logistic and storage constraints.

Yes the mattress does need to be rotated every 6 weeks for the first 6 months, then every 3 months thereafter.

The weight of the mattress varies depending on size chosen. Approximate weights are:

Single - 25kg

Small Double - 32g

Double - 37kg

King - 44kg

All of our mattresses are hand manufactured in the UK

Unfortunately we can not promise this due to all mattresses being hand manufactured on order. Depending on delivery routes it may be possible to arrange delivery before 7 days. If this is the case our customer service team will be in contact to confirm this.
