What comfort is suitable for me
Medium Soft
Perfect for light and average weight side sleepers, also suited to very light weight back or stomach sleepers.
Medium
Perfect for above average weight side sleepers, also suited to light weight back or stomach sleepers.
Medium Firm
Suited to heavier side sleepers, average weight back or stomach sleepers or those that like to change sleep positions frequently.
Orthopaedic
Suitable for above average or heavy weight back or stomach sleepers.
What is the depth of the mattress
MASA Aura Refresh range is 25cm deep.
MASA Origins Lux range is 27cm deep.
MASA Comfort Elite range is 30cm deep.
MASA Cool Ultima range is 33cm deep.
What sizes are available
UK standard sizes, these are:
Single - 90cm wide 190cm long
Small Double - 120cm wide 190cm long
Double - 135cm wide and 190cm long
King - 150cm wide and 200cm long
What bed frame do I need
MASA Sleep mattresses are suitable for all bed frames apart from adjustable beds.
Is your mattresses suitable for bunk beds
Unfortunately non of our mattress are suitable for bunk beds given the depth of the mattresses.
Do you deliver to room of choice
We can deliver to a room of your choice up to the first floor (1 flight of stairs). If the mattress is going to be delivered to the 2nd floor or higher please get in touch as the couriers do charge a small fee for this.
Can you take our old mattress
Unfortunately we do not currently provide this service due to logistic and storage constraints.
Do I need to rotate the mattress
Yes the mattress does need to be rotated every 6 weeks for the first 6 months, then every 3 months thereafter.
What is the weight of the Aura Refresh Range mattresses
The approximate weight of each mattress fo the Aura Range are:
Single - 25kg
Small Double - 32g
Double - 37kg
King - 44kg
What is the weight of the Origins Lux Range mattresses
The approximate weight of each mattress fo the Origins Lux Range are:
Single - 28kg
Small Double - 35kg
Double - 40kg
King - 49kg
What is the weight of the Comfort Elite Range mattresses

Where is the mattress made
All of our mattresses are hand manufactured in the UK
Can you deliver earlier than 14 days from order for Origins Lux, Comfort Elite and Cool Ultima Ranges
Unfortunately we can not promise this due to all mattresses being hand manufactured on order. Depending on delivery routes it may be possible to arrange delivery before 14 days. If this is the case our customer service team will be in contact to confirm this.
What happens after I place my order
Once your order has been received we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. We will initially try and contact by email and then telephone. Please provide a valid telephone number at checkout.
