I rarely write glowing reviews but this is definitely deserved on this occasion. MASA Sleep offered fantastic customer service beginning a long chat with an advisor before I decided whether and what mattress to buy and I was even offered a customized option. At no point did I feel under any pressure to make a purchase or to be talked into a more expensive option. The company who delivered the mattress sent regular updates and the mattress itself is extremely comfortable and appears to be of a much better quality than a much more expensive mattress I purchased in the past. i am definitely going to recommend to friends and family. 10/10 I cannot fault the mattress or the service and wish MASA Sleep every success in the future.

I love it ,Very good mattress doesn’t retain heat keeps you cool on a night. It is a big thick mattress made of high quality feeling firm enough to support your back but also soft enough to relieve pressure perfect combination for me. Very good value for money.

I try and buy UK made where possible and came across the Aura Refresh 4500 mattress from MASA Sleep. I was drawn to this mattress as they are made upon order haven't sat there rolled for months unlike mattress in a box which I have not had a good experience within the past. This mattress is so comfortable and supportive i wouldn't be without it and the craftsmanship brilliant. Great value

An excellent mattress. Delivered within days of ordering . The firmness is just right for me a s side and occasional back sleeper. Finding it harder getting up in the mornings now! Delivery team were great too glad they took it upstairs and not me... it is heavy.
